INSTALLATION





1. Install the seat back assembly (1) onto the seat cushion assembly and install the four bolts (2).
2. Tighten the bolts (2) to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).





3. Position the wire harness (1) through the suspension mat (2).
4. Secure the suspension mat (2) to the cross brace.





5. Connect the electrical connectors (1).
6. Secure the seat back cover straps (2) to suspension mat.





7. Install the outer side shield and seat the clips (2) fully.
8. Install the screw (1).





9. Connect the lumbar switch electrical connector (1), if equipped.





10. Position the memory switch (4) into the switch bezel (3) and install the screws (2), if equipped.
11. Position the switch bezel (3) onto the outer side shield and connect the electrical connector (1).





12. Position the switch bezel (1) back into place and secure the front hook (2).
13. Seat the remaining clips (3) fully.





14. On manual reclining seats, install the recliner rod (2) onto the recliner lever and seat the clip (1) fully.





15. Install the inboard shield (2) and install the screw (1).





16. Install the side shield screws (2).
17. Install the front seat. Service and Repair
