Wireless Ignition Node Receiver - Installation






INSTALLATION





1. If equipped, connect the remote start antenna.
2. Reconnect the electrical connector (1) to the Wireless Ignition Node (WIN) and position the WIN back into the instrument panel.





3. Install the four screws (1) through the instrument panel into the WIN.





4. Install the instrument cluster trim (1). Ensuring that the cover snaps into the securing clips.





5. Install the two lower instrument panel screws (1).





6. Install the lower steering column cover reinforcement and the steering column trim coverSteering Column Opening Cover - Installation.
7. Connect the battery negative cable.

NOTE: Vehicles equipped with PEM: If the WIN is being replaced, a diagnostic scan tool MUST be used to initialize and configure the new PEM. Follow the programming steps outlined in the diagnostic scan tool for Replace found under Miscellaneous Functions for the PEM/Passive Entry Module menu item.
