Sun Sensor - Installation






INSTALLATION

NOTE: Take the proper precautions to protect the face of the defroster grille from cosmetic damage while performing this procedure.





1. Align the tab on the sun sensor (3) with the slot in the opening in the defroster grille (2) and install the sensor onto the grille. Make sure that the two sensor retaining tabs (1) are fully engaged to the defroster grille.





2. Position the defroster grille (3) to the top of the instrument panel and connect the wire harness connector (2) to the sun sensor (1).
3. Carefully install the defroster grille onto the instrument panel. Make sure the retaining tabs on the defroster grille are fully engaged to the instrument panel.
4. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
