Inner Tie Rod End

Special Tools:











NOTE: Count the number of turns when removing the outer tie rod end from the inner tie rod end. This will aid in setting the toe after installation.

1. Remove the outer tie rod end Tie Rod End - Removal.
2. Remove the jam nut.
3. Remove the two clamps (1, 3) for the inner tie rod boot (2).
4. Remove the boot (2) from the tie rod.





5. Install the Inner Tie Rod Socket (1) and Inner Tie Rod Adapter Wrench (2) and remove the inner tie rod end.
