Rear Shock Absorber - Description

DESCRIPTION





The top of the shock absorbers attach to a mounting bracket (7) which is bolted to the body. The bottom of the shocks are bolted to the lower control arm. The shock can be serviced either as a complete assembly (including bracket) or the shock itself. The mounting bracket (4, 7) and the dust shield (3) can also be serviced individually. The shock assembly must be removed from the vehicle to service the individual components.

- Bushing, bracket (4) (part of bracket [7])
- Nut (shock to bracket (5)
- Washer (6)
- Mounting bracket (7)
