Instrument Panel - Removal

REMOVAL





1. Remove the steering column. Steering Column - Removal
2. Remove the ignition switch.
3. Remove the instrument cluster. Instrument Cluster - Removal
4. Remove the bolts (1) from behind the cluster.





5. Remove the fenceline bolt (1).





6. Remove the left end cap (1).
7. Remove the left cowl trim panel. Cowl Trim Panel - Removal





8. Remove the left A-pillar trim. A-Pillar Trim Panel - Removal
9. Disconnect the left wire harness (1).





10. Remove the left side retaining bolts (1).





11. Remove the front floor console Floor Console - Removal.
12. Remove the radio Radio - Removal.
13. Remove the bin from the center of the instrument panel.
14. Remove the four nuts (1) that secure the HVAC housing to the center of the instrument panel support.





15. Remove the two center support bolts (1).
16. Remove the glove box. Instrument Panel Glove Box - Removal





17. Remove the right silencer panel (1).
18. Remove the passenger side cowl trim panel. Cowl Trim Panel - Removal





19. Remove the right end cap (1).





20. Remove the passenger side A-pillar trim. A-Pillar Trim Panel - Removal
21. Remove the defroster ducts.
22. Disconnect the right side wire harness (1 and 2).





23. Remove the right side support fasteners (1).





24. Remove the bolt to the right side HVAC.
25. Remove the center duct.
26. Disconnect the HVAC electrical connectors. HVAC Housing - Removal
27. Remove the instrument panel assembly.
