WARNING: To avoid serious or fatal injury during and following any seat belt or child restraint anchor service, carefully inspect all seat belts, buckles, mounting hardware, retractors, tether straps, and anchors for proper installation, operation, or damage. Replace any belt that is cut, frayed, or torn. Straighten any belt that is twisted. Tighten any loose fasteners. Replace any belt that has a damaged or ineffective buckle or retractor. Replace any belt that has a bent or damaged latch plate or anchor plate. Replace any child restraint anchor or the unit to which the anchor is integral that has been bent or damaged. Never attempt to repair a seat belt or child restraint component. Always replace damaged or ineffective seat belt and child restraint components with the correct, new and unused replacement parts listed in the Chrysler Mopar(R) Parts Catalog.
1. Position the second row center buckle (2) lower anchor to the outside of the left (60 percent) second row seat hinge and latch bracket (1).
2. Install and tighten the screw (3) that secures the second row center buckle lower anchor to the second row seat hinge and latch bracket. Tighten the screw to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.).
3. Position and snap the trim cover onto the outside of the inner hinge and latch bracket of the left second row seat half.
4. Restore the left half of the second row seat to the upright seating position.
LEFT OUTBOARD

1. Position the second row left outboard buckle (3) lower anchor to the mounting bracket on the underside of the left (60 percent) half of the second row seat cushion frame (1).
2. Install and tighten the screw (2) that secures the left outboard seat belt buckle lower anchor to the mounting bracket. Tighten the screw to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.).
3. Position and snap the molded plastic trim cover onto the underside of the left second row seat cushion frame.
4. Install and tighten the screws that secure the trim cover onto the underside of the left second row seat cushion frame. Tighten the screws securely.
5. Restore the left half of the second row seat to the upright seating position.
RIGHT OUTBOARD

2. Install and tighten the screw (2) that secures the second row right outboard buckle lower anchor to the second row seat hinge and latch bracket. Tighten the screw to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.).
3. Position and snap the trim cover onto the outside of the inner hinge and latch bracket of the right second row seat half.
4. Restore the right half of the second row seat to the upright seating position.
