CENTER (INBOARD)
WARNING: To avoid serious or fatal injury during and following any seat belt or child restraint anchor service, carefully inspect all seat belts, buckles, mounting hardware, retractors, tether straps, and anchors for proper installation, operation, or damage. Replace any belt that is cut, frayed, or torn. Straighten any belt that is twisted. Tighten any loose fasteners. Replace any belt that has a damaged or ineffective buckle or retractor. Replace any belt that has a bent or damaged latch plate or anchor plate. Replace any child restraint anchor or the unit to which the anchor is integral that has been bent or damaged. Never attempt to repair a seat belt or child restraint component. Always replace damaged or ineffective seat belt and child restraint components with the correct, new and unused replacement parts listed in the Chrysler Mopar(R) Parts Catalog.
NOTE: The two center buckles and their anchor bracket are serviced only as a complete unit. If one center buckle is ineffective, both center buckles and the anchor bracket must be replaced.
1. Working from in front of the third row seat, position the two center buckles and the anchor bracket (2) as a unit between the seat cushions.
2. Working from behind the third row seat, fold the hinged cargo floor filler panels rearward for access to the seat center bracket (4).
3. Engage the T-tab of the center buckle anchor bracket into the T-slot of the seat center bracket.
4. Install and tighten the screw (3) that secures the center buckle anchor bracket to the seat center bracket. Tighten the screw to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.).
5. Position the seat center hinge trim cover (1) over the center buckle stanchions between the seat cushions and engage the two integral retainers of the trim cover at the front and the two plastic push-in fasteners at the rear to the seat center bracket.
LOWER ANCHOR (OUTBOARD)

Replace any belt that is cut, frayed, or torn. Straighten any belt that is twisted. Tighten any loose fasteners. Replace any belt that has a damaged or ineffective buckle or retractor. 1. Position the anchor plate of the lower anchor buckle (2) to the floor panel.
2. Install and tighten the screw that secures the anchor plate of the lower anchor buckle to the floor panel. Tighten the screw to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.).
3. Engage the third row seat belt (1) anchor latch plate to the lower anchor buckle.
