SECOND ROW CENTER
WARNING: To avoid serious or fatal injury during and following any seat belt or child restraint anchor service, carefully inspect all seat belts, buckles, mounting hardware, retractors, tether straps, and anchors for proper installation, operation, or damage. Replace any belt that is cut, frayed, or torn. Straighten any belt that is twisted. Tighten any loose fasteners. Replace any belt that has a damaged or ineffective buckle or retractor. Replace any belt that has a bent or damaged latch plate or anchor plate. Replace any child restraint anchor or the unit to which the anchor is integral that has been bent or damaged. Never attempt to repair a seat belt or child restraint component. Always replace damaged or ineffective seat belt and child restraint components with the correct, new and unused replacement parts listed in the Chrysler Mopar(R) Parts Catalog.
1. Where the center and left outboard second row seat cushions meet the left seat back (2), pull the inboard rear corner of the outboard seat cushion trim cover (3) aside far enough to access the center seat belt (1) lower anchor.
2. Remove the screw (4) that secures the second row center seat belt lower anchor to the left seat cushion frame.
3. Disengage the second row center seat belt lower anchor from the seat cushion frame.
4. Remove the two screws (3) that secure the center seat belt bezel (2) to the top of the left (60 percent) of the second row seat back (7).
5. Disengage the bezel from the center seat belt (1) webbing and remove the bezel.
6. Remove the trim from the front and back of the left of the second row seat back frame. Seat Back Cover - Removal.
7. Remove the two screws (5) that secure the center seat belt shield (4) to the top of the left of the second row seat back frame.
8. Disengage the shield from the center seat belt webbing and remove the shield.
9. From behind the back of the seat back, remove the screw (8) that secures the center seat belt retractor to the bracket (6) integral to the seat back frame.
10. Disengage the T-tab on the retractor frame from the T-slot in the seat back frame bracket.
11. Disengage the seat belt and lower anchor through the guide integral to the top of the seat back frame.
12. Remove the second row center seat belt and retractor from the front of the left of the seat back frame as a unit.
