INSTALLATION






NOTE: Clean all propeller shaft bolts and apply Mopar(R) Lock AND Seal Adhesive or equivalent to the threads before installation.

1. Install propeller shaft (1) between companion flanges.





2. Align marks (3) on the companion flanges with the marks on the joints.
3. Install bolts to the transfer case flange and tighten bolts to 32 Nm (24 ft. lbs.).
4. Install bolts to the axle flange and tighten bolts to 32 Nm (24 ft. lbs.).
5. If equipped, install skid plates Skid Plate - Installation
