B19BD-RIGHT POWER SLIDING DOOR DRIVE CLUTCH CONTROL CIRCUIT HIGH

- When Monitored:
Anytime the Power Sliding Door is awake.
- Set Condition:
This code will set when the Right Power Sliding Door module senses voltage on the Door Motor Clutch Driver circuit is above 9.0 volts when a command to engage has not been sent
1. CHECK FOR DTCS
1. With the scan tool, record the DTCs and any power sliding door inhibitors.
2. Erase the DTCs.
3. Turn the ignition off, wait 10 seconds, then turn the ignition on.
4. Attempt to operate the Right Power Sliding Door.
5. With the scan tool, read the active DTCs.
Does the scan tool display this DTC?
Yes
- Go To 2
No
- Test complete, the condition or conditions that originally set this DTC are not present at this time. Using the wiring diagrams as a guide, check all related splices and connectors for signs of water intrusion, corrosion, pushed out or bent terminals and poor pin fit.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.
2. CHECK THE DOOR MOTOR CLUTCH DRIVER CIRCUIT
NOTE: At this time it will be necessary to remove the Power Sliding Door Drive Unit Assembly from the vehicle.
1. Turn the ignition off.
2. Remove the Power Sliding Door Drive Unit Assembly from the vehicle. Power Sliding Door Drive Assembly - Removal.
3. Remove the Power Sliding Door Module from the track.
4. Reconnect the PSDM C1 (6 way) harness connector.
5. Connect a voltmeter between the Door Motor Clutch Driver circuit and the Door Motor Clutch Return circuit in the PSDM C2 (component side) 8 way connection.
6. Turn the ignition on.
Is the voltage above 8.8 volts?
Yes
- Replace the Power Sliding Door Module. Power Sliding Door Module - Installation.
- Programming and Relearning Perform the Power Sliding Door Learn Cycle procedure.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.
No
- Replace the Power Sliding Door Drive Unit. Power Sliding Door Drive Assembly - Installation.
- Programming and Relearning Perform the Power Sliding Door Learn Cycle procedure.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.
