Front Bumper Reinforcement - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Support front bumper reinforcement using a suitable lifting device and lift into position.
2. Install the 8 bolts (1) four on each side, attaching the reinforcement (3) to frame rails. Tighten nuts to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.) torque.
3. Install the 2 screws (2) one on each side, attaching the reinforcement (3) to frame rails.





4. Install the lower plastic grille (1) to the vehicle.
5. Install the plastic push pins to the bumper and lower support.
6. Install push pin (3) for the air temp sensor onto the lower support.
7. Connect the electrical connector to the air temp sensor (2).
