INSTALLATION





1. Position the headrest to the seat frame (2).
2. Flip the headrest up.
3. Install the fasteners (1) securing the headrest to the seat frame (2). Tighten the fasteners to 25 N-m (18 ft.lbs.).





4. Using a screwdriver, push the headrest recline catch (1) inward and fold the headrest down.





5. Attach the cable (1) at the seat frame.





6. Connect the headrest recliner cable (1) at the recliner (2).





7. Attach the cable hooks (1, 3) at the seat frame.





8. While holding the seat back, open the recliner by pulling the handle. Move the seat back (1) approximately 7° forward of the vertical position.





9. While holding the seat, push the tab in on the cable adjuster (2).





10. Install the seat back cover/foam (2), Seat Back Cover - Installation.
