INSTALLATION

60% SEAT





1. Position the headrest (3) into the seat back frame.
2. Install the fasteners (2) securing the headrest (3) to the seat back frame. Tighten the fasteners to 25 N-m (18 ft.lbs.).
3. Attach the release strap (1) to the seat back frame.





4. Position the headrest in the down position and position the STO cap (1) to the seat frame.
5. Install the fasteners (2) securing the STO cap (1) to the seat back frame. Tighten the fasteners securely.
6. Position the headrest in the up position.





7. Install the fastener (2) securing the STO cap (1) to the seat back frame. Tighten the fastener securely.





8. Install the fastener (2) securing the STO cap (1) to the seat back frame. Tighten the fastener securely.





9. Install the seat back cover/foam (2), Seat Back Cover - Installation.
10. Install the center headrest sleeves (2) by aligning them in the top of the cover and pushing them straight down. An audible click is normal.





11. Install the center headrest (1).

40% SEAT





1. Position the headrest to the seat back frame.
2. Install the fasteners (1) securing the headrest to the seat back frame. Tighten the fasteners to 25 N-m (18 ft.lbs.).
3. Attach the release strap from the seat back frame.





4. Position the headrest in the down position and position the STO cap (1) to the seat frame.
5. Install the fasteners (2) securing the STO cap (1) to the seat back frame. Tighten the fasteners securely.
6. Position the headrest in the up position.





7. Install the fastener (2) securing the STO cap (1) to the seat back frame. Tighten the fastener securely.





8. Install the fastener (2) securing the STO cap (1) to the seat back frame. Tighten the fastener securely. Repeat on the opposite side.
9. Install the seat back cover/foam, Seat Back Cover - Installation.
