REMOVAL

60% SEAT





1. Remove the center headrest (1) by depressing the button on the sleeves and pulling up.





2. Pull up on the front of the seat back cover to expose the center headrest sleeve guides.
3. Depress the headrest tabs (1) and push up on the bottom of the center headrest sleeve (2).
4. Remove the center headrest sleeves (2).
5. Remove the seat back cover/foam, Seat Back Cover - Removal.





6. Remove the fasteners (2) securing the STO cap (1) to the seat back frame.





7. Remove the fastener (2) securing the STO cap (1) to the seat back frame.





8. Remove the fasteners (2) securing the STO cap (1) to the seat back frame.
9. Position the headrest in the down position and remove the STO cap (1) by lifting upward.
10. Position the headrest in the up position.





11. Detach the release strap (1) from the seat back frame.
12. Remove the fasteners (2) securing the headrest (3) to the seat back frame.
13. Remove the headrest (3) by lifting straight up.

40% SEAT





1. Remove the seat back cover/foam, Seat Back Cover - Removal.
2. Remove the fastener (2) securing the STO cap (1) to the seat back frame. Repeat on the opposite side.





3. Remove the fastener (2) securing the STO cap (1) to the seat back frame.





4. Remove the fasteners (2) securing the STO cap (1) to the seat back frame.
5. Position the headrest in the down position and remove the STO cap (1) by lifting upward.
6. Position the headrest in the up position.





7. Detach the release strap from the seat back frame.
8. Remove the fasteners (1) securing the headrest to the seat back frame.
9. Remove the headrest by lifting straight up.
