INSTALLATION






NOTE: Passenger seat shown, driver seat typical.

1. If servicing the outboard shield, align and position the outboard shield (3) to the seat frame, make sure the release strap (1) is routed through the slot in the shield.
2. Once aligned, hand tap to engage the retaining clips.
3. Install the fastener (2) located just above the handle. Tighten the fastener securely.





4. If servicing the outboard shield, install the recliner handle (1), Seat Handle - Installation.





5. If servicing the inboard shield, align and position the inboard shield (1) to the seat frame, make sure the seat belt buckle is routed through the opening in the shield.
6. Once aligned, hand tap to engage the retaining clips.






NOTE: Outboard shield shown, inboard shield typical.

7. Install the fastener (1) located in the rear of the side shield (2). Tighten the fastener securely.
