Seat Riser - Removal

REMOVAL





1. Remove the seat from the vehicle and place it on a workbench, Seat - Removal.
2. Remove the seat back frame and recliner as an assembly, Seat Back Recliner - Removal.
3. Remove the elastic cushion support (1) from the seat cushion frame.





4. Detach the recliner cables (1) from the seat cushion frame.





5. Pull the recliner cable (1) through the opening in the seat cushion frame.





6. Detach the recliner cable (1) from the seat riser.





7. Detach the recliner cable (1) from the seat cushion frame.





8. Remove the six nuts (2) that secure the seat cushion frame (1) to the seat riser (3) and remove the cushion frame from the riser.





9. Remove the nuts (2) that secure each seat track (1) to the riser and remove the seat tracks as required.
