Number 1 Clutch - Disassembly

K1 CLUTCH EXPLODED VIEW









1. Remove the snap ring from the K1 clutch assembly.

2. Remove the K1 clutch pack from the K1 clutch retainer.





3. Using an arbor press (1) and Compressor tool (2) , compress the K1 clutch piston assembly and remove the snap ring (3) using snap ring pliers.





4. Remove the K1 clutch balance piston.





5. Remove the K1 clutch piston return spring.





6. Remove the K1 clutch piston.
