Satellite Radio Antenna - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Insert wire harness through hole in roof panel. Press the antenna into position until both retainers, on the antenna stud, and the locator stud engage into position.
2. Install and tighten the mounting fastener and retainer to 9 Nm.





3. Connect the wire harness connector to the antenna.





4. Start one of the 10mm stamped nuts to the center front stud of the CHMSL cover (5) and slide the cover into the headliner (2).
5. Position the CHMSL cover (4) to the headliner (2) and start two of the 10mm stamped nuts to the rear holes in the headliner (1). Hand tighten the nuts.
6. Center the cover and apply pressure to push the three snap clips (6) into the rear roof header.

7. Connect the negative battery cable to the negative battery post.
