At all times.

- Set Condition:
This is a CAN message that the system voltage was above 16.0 volts for over four seconds.

1. With the scan tool, read Powertrain Control Module DTCs.

Are there any Charging or Battery DTCs present?

Yes

- Testing and Inspection and perform the active charging system or battery DTC diagnostic procedure.

No
