Instrument Panel Center Bezel - Removal

REMOVAL

Special Tools:










1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Using or equivalent, remove the instrument panel outlet vent/trim (1), Air Outlet - Removal.





3. Using or equivalent, remove the instrument panel trim (1) located left of the center stack bezel.






CAUTION: Do not disconnect/connect the ICSS/switch bank without referring to the appropriate procedure. The harness connector is very fragile and could be damaged if not properly removed/installed.

4. Remove the switch-bank (1) from the I/P (4),Instrument Cluster Switch Pod - Removal.





5. Remove the fasteners (2) securing the bezel (1) to the I/P.

CAUTION: Do not disconnect/connect the ICSS/switch bank without referring to the appropriate procedure. The harness connector is very fragile and could be damaged if not properly removed/installed.

6. Using or equivalent, disengage the snap retainers securing the center bezel (1) to the I/P. Do not remove at this time.
7. Disconnect the integrated center stack screen, . Integrated Center Stack Screen Module - Removal
8. Remove the center stack bezel (1).
