Headliner - Installation

INSTALLATION






NOTE: In the event the headliner is damaged or creased during removal, it will need to be replaced with a new headliner.

1. With the help of an assistant(s), carefully install the headliner (1) into the vehicle through the rear liftgate opening. Do not over flex the headliner and be carefully not to crack or mar the headliner.
2. Raise the headliner (1) into position and engage the retainers.
3. Install the pushpin retainers at the rear of the headliner.
4. Connect the electrical connectors.
5. Install the grab handles and coat hooks. Install the mounting fasteners.
6. Install the quarter trim panel to the vehicle, Quarter Trim Panel - Installation.





7. Install the overhead console, . Front Overhead Console - Installation
8. Install the D-pillar trim panel (2), D-Pillar Trim Panel - Installation.
9. Install the seat belt mounting bracket to the right D-pillar.





10. Install the rear header trim panel (1) by aligning the retaining tabs and hand tapping the trim to engage the retainers.





11. Install the C-pillar trim panel (2),C-Pillar Trim Panel - Installation.





12. Install the upper B-pillar trim panel (1), B-Pillar Trim Panel - Installation.





13. Install the lower B-pillar trim panel (4), B-Pillar Trim Panel - Installation.





14. Install the A-pillar trim panel, A-Pillar Trim Panel - Installation.






CAUTION: When removing or installing the screws (1), be certain to avoid any wiring or drain tube interference.

15. Install the sun visor support and mounting fasteners.
16. If equipped, connect the wire harness connector for the illuminated vanity mirror (4).
17. Install the sun visors and mounting fasteners.
