Shift Cable - Removal

REMOVAL





1. Disconnect battery negative cable.
2. Remove the center console Center Console - Removal.





3. Disconnect and remove gearshift cable (2, 3) from shift mechanism.
4. Remove the air bag module and the dynamics sensor (see ABS).Occupant Restraint Controller - Removal.
5. Remove the shift cable at the transmission and pull cable through.
