Output Flange Seal - Installation

INSTALLATION

Special Tools:















1. Using Installer (1) and Handle (2), install new PTU output flange seal.










2. Using Installer (2) and Handle ,(1) install output flange (3). Lightly tap on flange until sufficient threads are exposed to start flange nut by hand.










3. Using Spanner Wrench (1), install and torque output flange nut to 235 Nm (173 ft. lbs.) torque.
4. Install propeller shaft Propeller Shaft - Installation.
5. Install exhaust pipeExhaust Pipe - Installation.
