Engine Cooling Radiator - Installation

CAUTION: Use care when using force to merge the condenser to the radiator. Damage may occur to the clips on the radiator and the mounting tabs on the condenser.
1. Position A/C condenser (2) onto the radiator (1). Carefully align the slots on the condenser to the retainers on the radiator. Gently squeeze together until the retainers snap into place.
2. Install the bolt that mounts the condenser to the radiator. Tighten the bolt securely.
3. Slide radiator/condenser into position and seat the radiator assembly lower rubber isolators in the lower mounts (2).
4. Install the trans cooler lines (2). to the A/C condenser (1). Tighten nut to 8 Nm (70in.lbs.)
5. Align the radiator retainers to the core support radiator mounting tabs. Using pressure. Press the radiator into the core support.
6. Install the A/C lines to the condenser. Tighten the nuts to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
7. Install the lower radiator hose at the radiator.
8. Install the upper radiator hose.
9. Fill the cooling system Service and Repair.
10. Charge the A/C system Refrigerant System Charge.
11. Install the air filter housing Air Cleaner Body - Installation.
12. Install the engine cover.
13. Install the horn assembly (2). Tighten the bolt (1) to 8 Nm (70in.lbs.)
14. Install the front bumper fascia Front Bumper Fascia - Installation.
15. Fill the cooling system Service and Repair.
16. Connect the negative battery cable.
