FWD










1. Install fuel filler tube (2) to the fuel door housing assembly (1).










2. Install fuel filler tube (5) to the fuel tank. Tighten hose clamp (4) to 3 Nm (27 in. lbs.).
3. Install the recirculation line quick connect fitting (3) to the fuel tank Service and Repair.
4. Align and insert the christmas tree clip (2).
5. Install the canister filter line quick connect fitting (1) Service and Repair.










6. Install filler tube mounting bracket (2) and bolt (1) to the body mount (3). Tighten to 12 Nm (97 in. lbs.).
7. Install the inner splash shield, Splash Shield - Installation.
8. Install fuel cap.
9. Connect negative battery cable, tighten nut to 5 Nm (45 in. lbs.).
