Shift Motor - Removal

REMOVAL

1. Raise the vehicle on a suitable hoist.
2. Disengage the wiring connector from the shift motor and mode sensor assembly.
3. Remove the bolts holding the shift motor, mode sensor and bracket assembly to the transfer case.

NOTE: The shift motor and mode sensor are one piece and should not be disassembled. Do not disassemble the shift motor and sensor as this will effect shift motor and sensor functionality.

4. Unbolt the shift motor and mode sensor assembly from the transfer case.
