Stabilizer Bar Actuator - Installation

INSTALLATION






WARNING: The disconnecting stabilizer bar unit (3) is not serviced separately from the bar (4). Do not disassemble this unit from the stabilizer bar.

1. Install the actuator (1) to the disconnecting unit (3) and tighten the bolts (2) to specifications Front Suspension Specifications.

NOTE: The seal must be clean and intact in the electrical connector when reconnecting to the actuator (1).

2. Reconnect the electronic actuator electrical connector for the disconnecting stabilizer bar.
3. Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.
4. Using a scan tool program the new stabilizer bar to the vehicle.
