VENTED SEATS





The vented seat system is designed to enhance the thermal comfort of the seat occupant.

The front vented seats are an option only available on vehicles that have heated seats.

A vehicle with vented seats can easily be identified by the vented seat switches (2) located on the switch pod in the instrument panel center bezel. Each vented seat switch has two Light-Emitting Diode (LED) indicator lamps that illuminate when the vented seat system is on, depending on the operating speed selected.

The vented seat system consist of the following major components:

- Vented Seat Switches
- Heated Seat Module (HSM)
- Vented Seat Motors
- Vented Seat Pads
