Evaporator Temperature Sensor - Removal

REMOVAL






NOTE: Illustration shown with instrument panel removed for clarity.

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the glove box from the instrument panel Instrument Panel Glove Box - Removal.
3. Remove the storage bin from the instrument panel Instrument Panel Bin - Removal.
4. Disconnect the HVAC wire harness (2) from the evaporator temperature sensor (1) located on top of the HVAC housing (3).
5. Pull the evaporator temperature sensor upward and forward and remove the sensor from the HVAC housing.
