Blind Spot Sensor Bracket - Installation

INSTALLATION

1. Clean body surface with MOPAR(R) Super Kleen solvent or equivalent. Wipe surface dry with a lint free cloth.

2. Apply MOPAR(R) adhesive promoter to the interior surface of the fascia where the adhesive tape is to be applied.

NOTE:
Placement of the Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) sensor is critical to system operation. Note the alignment marks on the fascia surface for proper bracket placement. Failure to position the BSM bracket or sensor properly will result in system degradation.

3. Remove the protective backing from the adhesive tape.

4. Noting the alignment marks, position the BSM sensor bracket and install.

5. Apply pressure around the perimeter to ensure total adhesive contact. The tape should be held tightly for approximately 15 seconds to insure proper bonding.
