Rear






REMOVAL

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the rear floor distribution duct Floor Distribution Duct - Removal.

3. Remove the rear ceiling distribution duct Air Outlet - Removal.





4. Remove the bolt (7) that secures the rear heater core tubes to the rear inner quarter panel (1).

5. Remove the two bolts (5) that secure the rear heater-A/C housing (4) to the brackets (3) located on the rear inner quarter panel.

6. Carefully Pull the top of rear heater-A/C housing four inches away from the rear inner quarter panel to gain access to the blower motor fasteners and electrical connector.

NOTE: Extending the heater-A/C housing greater than four inches from the rear inner quarter panel could result in damage to the A/C lines.





7. Disconnect the rear heater-A/C wire harness connector (4) from the rear blower motor (2).

8. Remove the three screws (3) that secure the rear blower motor to the rear heater-A/C housing and remove the blower motor.
