P0632-ODOMETER NOT PROGRAMMED IN PCM

- When Monitored:
Ignition on.

- Set Condition:
Odometer is not programed into the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). One Trip Fault. Three good trips to turn off the MIL.





Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting Procedure.

Diagnostic Test
PROGRAMMING MILEAGE INTO THE PCM
1. Ignition on, engine not running.
2. With the scan tool, erase DTCs.
3. Using a scan tool, program the mileage into the PCM.
4. Start the engine.
5. Allow the engine to reach normal operating temperature.
6. With the scan tool, select View DTCs.

Does the DTC reset?

Yes

- Replace and program the Powertrain Control Module. A L L Diagnostic Trouble Codes ( DTC ).
- Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Powertrain Verification Test.

No

- The mileage has been successfully programmed into the PCM. Test is complete.
- Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Powertrain Verification Test.
