Voltage Stabilization Module (VSM) - Removal






REMOVAL

The Voltage Stabilization Module (VSM) is held in place onto a bracket by two bolts. There is also one wiring harness connector plugged into the bottom of the converter.






1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable from the battery post.

2. Disconnect the wiring harness from the bottom of the DC-to-DC converter.

3. Remove both screws securing the VSM (1) to its bracket (2).

4. If needed, remove the two screws at the top mount of the bracket in order to remove both bracket and VSM as an assembly
