Axle Locker Actuator - Installation

INSTALLATION






1. Clean actuator (1) sealing surface and install new gasket (2) if necessary.





2. Align actuator shift fork with disconnect collar and install actuator (1) on the disconnect pocket (2).





NOTE: The actuator (2) must be tightened in a clockwise pattern, starting with the top left bolt (11 o'clock position).

3. Install actuator bolts (1) and tighten to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).

4. Install disconnect actuator wiring connector.

5. Verify differential fluid level and add fluid if necessary.
