Wait to Start Indicator Output Circuit Open

Test 1:

SYMPTOM
WAIT TO START INDICATOR OUTPUT CIRCUIT OPEN

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition on and when requested to turn on by the Engine Control Module.

SET CONDITION
The Instrument Cluster feedback status on the Wait-to-Start Lamp shows that an open circuit condition exists. (Above 5.0 volts when ON).
