SUBJECT:
Drip Rail Door Seal Torn

OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves replacing the secondary door seal with an improved seal.

MODELS:

**2004 - 2005** (DR/DH) Ram Truck

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The drip rail or secondary door seal may become torn from contact with the lower "A" pillar of the front door.

DIAGNOSIS:
Inspect the secondary door seal. If the seal is torn, perform the Repair Procedure.





PARTS REQUIRED:

REPAIR PROCEDURE:





1. Remove the secondary seal from the retainer (Fig. 1).

2. Install the new seal using the appropriate seal listed in the Parts Required section above.

POLICY:
Reimbursable within the provisions of the warranty.
