Antenna Mast - Installation

INSTALLATION

Special Tools:










1. Tie the cord that was used during the removal procedure to the cable being installed.
2. Using the cord, pull the antenna cable through the hole in the door opening and seat grommet into place (1).
3. Insert the antenna body through the hole in the fender and install adapter.
4. Install and tighten the antenna cap nut (2) with the (C-4816).





5. Verify that the antenna grommet is fully seated (3).
6. Connect the antenna mast connector (2) to the instrument panel antenna cable (1).





7. Install the passenger cowl trim panel (1) Cowl Trim Panel - Installation.





8. Install the antenna mast (1).
9. Connect the battery negative cable.
