NOTE: Caliper Adapter Wrench must be used to torque the upper caliper adapter bolts for the 2500 and 3500 series trucks.

1. Install the caliper adapter mounting bolts (4) and tighten to specifications per the Adapter Bolt Torque chart. Use the proper Caliper Adapter Wrench for the upper bolts only.
2. Install the anti-rattle clips (2).
3. Install the inboard and outboard pads (1).
4. Install the caliper mounting bolts and tighten to 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs).
5. Install the tire and wheel assembly, Service and Repair.
