Charge Air Cooler And Hoses - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Set the left cooler (3) and hose into position with the duct (1) installed.
2. Install the bracket bolt (2).
3. Tighten bolt to 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.).





4. Set the right cooler (3) and hose assembly into position with the duct (2) installed.
5. Install the bracket bolt (1).
6. Tighten the bolt to 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.).





7. Snap the left hose quick connect onto the tube (1).





8. Snap the right hose quick connect onto the tube (1).





9. Install the front bumper fascia Front Bumper Fascia - Installation.
