Fiat Customer Initiative
OVERVIEW:
This Bulletin reminds the Dealer to complete any open Service Actions or RRTs, and highlights some information that may help answer questions your customer may have regarding the use of their vehicles features or functions. Additionally, time should be spent assisting them with programming features as required.

DISCUSSION:
During Customer Visits, the Service Manager or Sales Manager should use this as an opportunity to build customer loyalty by assisting the customer with any questions or difficulties they have using their vehicles features or functions and address any concerns they may have.
It will be important for Service or Sales Managers to review and understand the Owner Guide information that covers the topics below and make themselves familiar with any programming that may be required. 3. Manual Transmission Equipped Vehicle - Customer Warning
a. Remind customers with manual transmission models that the reverse gear is not synchronized. Shifting into reverse before the vehicle is fully stopped can cause transmission damage.
