Front Fender - Removal

REMOVAL





1. Open and support the hood.
2. Remove the front fascia, Front Bumper Fascia - Removal
3. Remove the headlamp assembly, Headlamp Unit - Removal.
4. Open the door and remove the fastener (1) that secures the upper rear of the front fender to the side cowl panel.
5. Remove the two fasteners (3) that secure the bottom of the front fender to the lower dogleg.
6. Remove the two fasteners (3) that secure the bottom of the front fender to the lower cowl/bodyside located in the rear area of the wheelhouse.
7. Remove the upper fender fasteners (5).
8. Remove the front fastener (4) securing the fender to the front end module.
9. Remove fender (2) from vehicle and take to bench.
