Vehicle Received Without Blue Key Code Card

OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves accessing DealerCONNECT for Fiat key code availability in order to access electronic and/or mechanical ID information.

MODELS:

2012 (FF) Fiat 500

DISCUSSION:

Some Fiat 500 vehicles may be received without the blue key code card and replacement cards are not available.

NOTE:
Do not replace key FOBS and/or Key Sets if the vehicle does not have a key code card.

Key code data can be accessed through DealerCONNECT through the Parts tab under the blue Reference Library heading.

Click the "Key Code" selection under the Reference Library Heading and follow the prompts.

NOTE:
Provide the customer with a copy of their vehicle specific key code information for future reference when replacement and/or additional key fobics are programed.
