Blower Motor Resistor - Installation






INSTALLATION





1. Position the blower motor resistor (2) into the bottom of the HVAC air inlet housing (1).
2. Install the two screws (3 and 5) that secure the blower motor resistor to the HVAC housing. Tighten the screws to 0.8 Nm (7 in. lbs.).
3. Connect the wire harness connector (4) to the blower motor resistor.





4. Position the passenger side console closeout cover (1) and engage the front retaining tab.
5. Carefully engage the console closeout cover rear retaining clips and install the screw (2). Tighten the screw securely.
6. Install the passenger side silencer panel Silencer Panel - Installation.
7. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
