Concentric Slave Cylinder
1. Clean dirt and grease from cap.2. Remove cap and diaphragm and fill reservoir to top with approved DOT 3 brake fluid.
3. Attach a suitable tube to bleed screw on slave cylinder, then loosen screw.
4. Keep reservoir full at all times. Bleeding is carried out by gravity as fluid flows from master cylinder down the tube. Watch for air bubbles from the bleed screw. When air is expelled, a steady flow of fluid will appear from bleed screw.
5. Tighten bleed screw.
6. Depress clutch pedal to floor and hold 1-2 seconds. Completely release pedal as rapidly as possible. Pause for 1-2 seconds. Repeat procedure ten times.
7. Check reservoir fluid level. Fluid should be level with step when diaphragm is removed.
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 five times.
9. Hold pedal to floor, then open bleed screw to expel air. Close bleed screw.
10. Check fluid level and ensure proper clutch operation.
