Test 9, EEC IV Wiring

1. Connect spark tester between ignition coil and ground.
2. Disconnect pin-in-line connector near distributor, then crank engine.
3. If spark was present, check PIP and ignition ground wires for continuity and repair as necessary. If satisfactory, problem is not in ignition system.
4. If spark was not present, proceed to Test 10.
