S6 Continuity Check, Pump Motor Relay Cir 534 (Y/LG)

- Disconnect battery negative cable.

- Check continuity from pump motor relay Circuit 534 (Y/LG) to battery (+) connection point.

- Reconnect battery negative cable when finished.

NOTE: When the battery has been disconnected and reconnected, some abnormal drive symptoms may occur while the powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650) relearns its adaptive strategy. The vehicle may need to be driven 16 km (10 miles) or more to relearn the strategy.

- Is there continuity?

YES -- Go to S7. S7 Continuity Check, Pump Motor Relay Cir 539 (PK/LB)

NO -- Repair open in Circuit 534 (Y/LG) or Replace 30A fuse. Go to S9. S9 Check For DTC Repeatability
