V2 Check For B+ Short on Circuit 70 (Lb/W)

- Key OFF.

- Measure voltage between Pins 1 and 16 at breakout box. Using the Breakout Box For Circuit Checks

- Is B+ present?

YES -- Go to V3. V3 Verify ECU Ground

NO -- Service B+ short on Circuit 70 (LB/W). Go to PC3 PC3
