Suspension Spring ( Coil / Leaf ): Description and Operation

^ Semi-elliptic, leaf-type rear springs are used for the rear axle suspension.
^ The forward end of each rear spring is attached to a bracket on the frame sidemember.
^ The rear end of each rear spring is shackled to a bracket on the frame sidemember.
^ The rear axle is mounted below the rear spring.
