ISSUE
A whistling" noise may be heard while driving with A/C in the Off position at speeds above 64 km/h (40 mph) on some vehicles. This may be caused by an air leak at an Instrument Panel (IP) grommet.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

1. Verify concern.
